Baba is one of Malaysia's gardening and agriculture brands, with fertilizers, soil, and supplies sold through a network of dealers. Those dealers used to order the way most wholesale ordering still happens: a phone call, a WhatsApp message, or a paper form re-keyed by hand at the brand's end. Baba Express replaces that with a proper B2B ordering app: a dealer browses a catalogue with the products and pricing meant for them, opens full product detail with bulk-discount tiers and minimum-order quantities, builds and manages their own orders, and checks out, all from the phone.

It runs as one app on both iOS and Android from a single Flutter codebase. That is the practical choice for a dealer tool: every dealer gets the same reliable, responsive app whatever phone they carry, the brand pays to build and maintain one product instead of two, and new features and fixes land on both platforms at once.

The catalogue is the easy part. What matters is what happens behind the order. The app is wired directly into the brand's own ERP through a custom integration, so an order is not a message someone has to read and re-enter. It lands in the system Baba already runs the business on, where stock, pricing, and fulfilment already live, and the brand sees real dealer demand as it happens instead of after the fact. For the client, the app and their existing operations are one system, not two to reconcile.

We designed and built the whole thing: the cross-platform dealer app, the ordering and bulk-pricing logic, and the integration that connects it to the client's ERP. The result is a sales channel a brand can put in every dealer's hands and trust to land clean, correctly priced orders straight into the system that already runs the business.
